Finally I tried the legendary Hidden Duck Ramen. Although I entered the name of the store into Google, the location was so hidden in the alley that it took me a while to find it. When we got to the narrow alley, we found a very long queue, most of which were foreigners. After waiting in line for an hour and a half, I was finally able to enter. The store only had nine seats, so the waiting time was long. I ordered the signature duck noodles and duck beer. Maybe my expectations were too high, the taste was just so-so. The duck meat is usually slow-cooked at low temperature, so it is very soft and cooked! The soup base is just the right amount of saltiness, and the texture of the noodles is also pretty good. Generally speaking, I would try it if I didn't have to queue, but if I had to queue, I wouldn't necessarily...
