The best ramen in Japan 💕 Michelin-starred Pig Ramen in Kyoto

It's worthy of the Michelin star. It's so delicious that I drank up all the soup.
I ordered the signature white soy sauce Wagyu ramen and siu mai!
I feel like the siu mai is quite big...very delicious but a bit too solid
This is my first time eating ramen with grapefruit peel in it! It feels really refreshing, and the combination doesn’t look out of place at all! More fresh

Service: Although it is recommended by Michelin, there is no annoying queuing strategy or bad attitude. Even if there is a long queue at the door, the waiting system is that you just take a number and eat. I really appreciate that there is no deliberate attempt to create an attitude that "you can only eat my ramen if you queue up honestly."
In addition, the service staff can communicate in Japanese and English, and their attitude in the store is standard Japanese, without any perfunctory or impatient attitude. Even though the guy was very busy, he smiled and communicated with everyone throughout the process.

Anyway, I like this ramen restaurant very much and sincerely recommend it to everyone to have a good meal there.
