Surrounded by amazing nature, on a river, arriving there by boat, it all feels out of a romantic old movie. We would arrive late at night and they were incredibly prompt about the pick up every time.The cons were that the rooms are a tad dated, getting to center of Tokyo is a hike. Concierge was less well trained than other similarly rated hotels but they did try…overall awesome
