[Kyoto] The head shrine of all Inari shrines across the country

Kyoto
⌇Fushimi Inari Taisha⌇

Fushimi Inari Taisha is the head shrine of the approximately 30,000 Inari shrines across Japan.

It was enshrined on the first day of the horse month in February of the 4th year of the Wadō era (711)!

I went to this shrine that everyone wants to visit at least once. 🦊

The highlight of Fushimi Inari Taisha is, of course, its thousand torii gates. ⛩️ The vermilion torii gates line the ground like a tunnel.

Many visitors from Japan and abroad came to see this prestigious shrine with a history dating back 1,300 years.

Please be sure to visit.
