🌊 Lake Biwa, Japan's ocean-like lake

I went to Otsu to see Lake Biwa... and for a moment, I thought it was the ocean!
The expansive landscape seemed endless, and there was even a cool breeze 🌬️
Even though it was a lake, the sparkling waves, almost like rippling waves, were so beautiful.

It's close to Kyoto, so it's a great place for a quick outing,
but the atmosphere definitely had a different charm. 🩵
The path was so healing just walking along, and I loved sitting on a bench by the lake and just gazing blankly for a moment.

Getting away from the city and encountering such expansive scenery is probably the real joy of traveling. 😊
