【Itinerary】
Day 1️⃣: First experience in Lhasa
· Adapt to altitude sickness at Potala Palace Square (Tip: prepare glucose in advance, do not take a bath on the first day!)
· Experience Tibetan slow life by walking the Barkhor Street kora
· Check in at the popular restaurant Xunshi (seasonal Tibetan dishes, about 98 RMB per person)
Day 2️⃣: Deep tour of the holy city
· Pilgrimage at Jokhang Temple (arrive before 8 AM to see the most devout rituals)
· Tibetan costume photo shoot (recommended "Miyun Tibetan Costume" at the corner of Barkhor Street)
· Sweet tea house experience (Guangming Port Qiong sweet tea 4 RMB/cup, great value)
Day 3️⃣: Secret realm of Yamdrok Lake
· Hang prayer flags at Gangbala Pass (the guide will help bargain)
· Circle Yamdrok Lake (bargain to 5 RMB for photos with Tibetan mastiffs by the roadside!)
· Pumoyongcuo Blue Ice Season (limited to January-March)
Day 4️⃣: Everest Base Camp
· The stunning 108 bends (motion sickness medicine is a must)
· Viewpoint at Gaula Pass (five 8,000-meter snow mountains in one frame)
· Everest starry sky tent (remember to rent a military coat!)
Day 5️⃣: Tashilhunpo Monastery
· Residence of the Panchen Lama in Shigatse (debate hall is a must-see)
· Tibetan incense making experience (portable packs available as souvenirs)
Day 6️⃣: Pilgrimage to Namtso Lake
· Salongda at Nagela Pass
· Holy Elephant Gate (reserve 3 days in advance!)
· Starry sky tent on Zhaxi Peninsula
Day 7️⃣: Wrap up in Lhasa
· Tibet Museum (the new interactive exhibits are amazing)
· Shopping at Chongsaikang Market (keep an eye out for turquoise)
✨Exclusive TIPS:
1. It’s best to get the border pass at your hometown! Getting it in Lhasa requires a 4+ hour queue
2. Always walk clockwise on the kora
3. Remember the rule: do not step on temple thresholds
4. Bring enough 1 RMB bills (for offerings)
5. U-shaped pillows are a must-have for long bus rides

· Tibetan noodles with sweet tea make a perfect breakfast combo
· The main store of Cuomu Liangfen always has a queue
· Lhasa beer with yak meat is absolutely delicious
· Check in and take photos at Adiao Milk Tea
⚠️Warnings:
· Anyone claiming to help you sneak in without a ticket is a scammer!
· Be cautious buying Dzi beads water, it’s tricky
· Always ask permission before photographing pilgrims
· Don’t go alone to the small alleys of Barkhor at night
