• Self-driving: Navigate to Luoding Windmill Mountain. You can choose to camp on the mountain for a night, or arrive at the foot of the mountain around 3 a.m. to wait for the opening at 4 a.m.

• Chartered car: You can charter a car with a travel agency for a self-driving tour.

• Admission: Free.

• Opening hours: 24 hours, but you cannot go up the mountain from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.

• Attractions: Watching the sunrise, sea of clouds, sunset, and starry sky.

• Best time to visit: All seasons are suitable, but the chance of seeing a sea of clouds is higher after rain.

• Precautions:

• Check the weather forecast in advance, and it is not recommended to visit in rainy and foggy weather.
