🇲🇴Come to Macau to attend the "Double Star Guest Chef Dinner" presented by Melco
The dinner was jointly created by Alican Dadayli, the head chef of Morpheus restaurant in City of Dreams, and Stefano Bacchelli, the executive chef of DA VITTORIO SHANGHAI, which was awarded two Michelin stars and two black pearls in Shanghai, to create a seasonal feast of the ultimate taste.

The environment of Fengyachu Restaurant is amazing. The contrast between the highly saturated orange 🟠 and the deep sea blue 🔵 creates a great atmosphere in the restaurant.

The two celebrity chefs used natural seasonal ingredients as the core and incorporated innovative techniques to create delicious dishes.

✔️The toothfish is served in the form of a steamed egg in a tea bowl, garnished with Oscietra caviar, and presented in the shape of a sunflower flower, which is an unexpected delicious surprise. It is a treat for the eyes and taste buds~ Mediterranean langoustines are paired with Jerusalem artichokes, which are fresh and fragrant. Slow-cooked fish maw and Italian porcini are traditional Italian recipes that are both nutritious and delicious. The beef tenderloin, smoked eggplant and red wine sauce are charred and juicy, leaving a lingering fragrance in your mouth!
