Came to the State Library Victoria in Melbourne, Australia. Built in 1854, it is one of the oldest public libraries in Australia and one of the earliest libraries in the world open to the public for free.
The most famous La Trobe Reading Room in the library opened in 1913. It has a spectacular dome design and is full of historical atmosphere. Looking up, the sunlight shines through the glass roof, making you feel like you are in a classical palace in Europe🌞📖
Outside the library there are beautiful lawns and gardens for people to relax and gather, and enjoy the cultural atmosphere of Melbourne city🌳
🚊It is only a 5-minute walk from Melbourne Central Station.
Whether you are a book lover, architecture fan, or photography enthusiast, it is definitely worth a visit📸
