Melbourne's popular bakery｜Bakemono Bakers The aroma of happiness when you wake up early!

One of the must-visit bakeries in Melbourne is Bakemono Bakers! This small, Japanese-style shop is incredibly popular and often sells out within minutes of opening, so it's best to arrive early. I arrived at 9 a.m. that day, and luckily, the items I wanted were still available. I was truly lucky.

This time, I bought the Kouign Amann, the Spinach & Ricotta Danish, and the Canelé. The Kouign Amann, with its crispy caramel, was sweet yet not overly sweet; the Danish savory filling was rich and fragrant; and the rum-scented Canelé, with its crispy exterior and soft interior, was the perfect finish.
