[Misawa, Aomori] Misawa Aviation Science Museum, Aomori

We would like to introduce you to the Misawa Aviation Science Museum, located next to Misawa Airport. Misawa is the takeoff point for the Miss Veedol, which made a non-stop crossing of the Pacific Ocean, and is also the birthplace of the developer of the HONDA JET, so it has ties to the aviation industry. Misawa Airport is shared with the U.S. Air Force, and transport planes provided by the U.S. Air Force and fighter planes of the Self-Defense Forces are on display, some of which can be entered.
There is also an exhibition of the HONDA JET, and a detailed explanation is given, so it is highly recommended for airplane enthusiasts and children.
