There are many military buildings in the bay, and this villa is one of them. Also known as the "Six-Five-Six" project, the villa's construction began with the use of military aircraft to select the site. A dozen geographers surveyed the terrain, claiming it was "not cold in winter, not hot in summer, not dry in autumn, and not humid in spring." Furthermore, the site was surrounded by high mountains and had only one access road, making it easy to defend and difficult to attack.
The villa's design is also unique, with a constant temperature of 20-22 degrees Celsius in winter and summer. The doors and windows are all bulletproof glass. The flooring is Vietnamese teak, which is very resilient. The bedroom mirrors were imported from West Germany and have remained clear for over 30 years. The war room, which doubles as a dance hall and projection room, has a sand table in the center and military maps on the walls.
Lin Biao's villa, located within the Meiling Scenic Area, is a two-story, I-shaped, blue-gray building. Its exterior is quite ordinary, but its interior features remarkable ingenuity. The walls are extremely thick, and the wooden doors and windows are incredibly solid. All windows are covered with thick, red, floor-length curtains, completely blocking out any air. This may be due to Lin Biao's fear of the wind.
The subtropical monsoon climate makes it suitable for viewing the former residences of celebrities in all seasons.
The first floor of the villa houses Lin Biao and Ye Qun's bedrooms, bathrooms, and offices. The bedrooms can be used to screen movies. There's an indoor swimming pool in the corner, perfect for a swim.
It is recommended to play for about 3 hours.
