In this solo trip, Palm first intended to set up a tent to sleep. She thought that the tent would go well with the tiger orchid tree. But in the end, she decided to sleep in the car.

🛻 The total travel time from Chiang Mai city to Doi Ang Khang is about 3 hours.
●Take the Ban Arunotai route, Chiang Dao District.
All types of vehicles can go. The road may be rough in some places, but it is paved and concrete all the way.

Steep in some places. The main road is narrow.

⭕ The location of this tent site is between Suitang and the Ang Khang military checkpoint, before reaching Mon Son. It is located on the roadside but there are not many cars at night, so you can sleep comfortably. There are 2 sides: the side of the tiger lily tree and the side of the sunrise.

🏕 Tent/parking fee
80 baht per person + 20 garbage fee, total 100 baht per person.

🚽 There are many toilets but they are goosenecks and there is hot water service but it costs 50 baht per person.

❄ The temperature at 6 am is 10 degrees.

Currently, the tiger lily in the 2000 tea plantation is 100% in bloom. It should start to fall in about a week. As for the place where you sleep, the leaves are starting to intersperse.

⛔ Currently, there is no check-in point at the tent site, so we will use Ban Luang Doi Ang Khang for now.
