I went to #Buttonmen Shanimuni in #Motosu city, #Gifu prefecture ((((((っ･ω･)っ
It was chosen as the number one new restaurant in Gifu prefecture by Ramen Walker Tokai edition, and is a popular restaurant that has a line regardless of weekday or holiday ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I ordered a large serving of #Butabutamazesoba and extra rice (o･ω-人)
I immediately crumbled the egg yolk and mixed it well (ง🔥Д🔥)งww
The soy sauce-based soup has a strong garlic punch, and the spicy spices used in the minced pork whet my appetite, making it a very junky dish d(＞∀＜)b
The crispness of the onions sometimes works well
I personally really like the chewy thick noodles Ψ( 'ч'♡ )
The char siu is thick and tender
For the rice, I left one slice of char siu and made it into a char siu bowl ♡Kyaa (∀〃(〃∀)Kyaaa♡
