[Nagano] A museum where the entire building is art🎨

A trip to Nagano where I ran around alone with a tripod✨
Before I had a camera,
I couldn't sightsee alone,
but this time I was so engrossed I even forgot I was alone☺️

First up is the Nagano Prefectural Museum of Art, which is conveniently located next to Zenkoji Temple!

✔The concept is a park with a roof
✔There is also a free zone
✔There is also an "art library" that you can browse freely
✔From the rooftop plaza "Kaze Terrace" you can see Zenkoji Temple and the mountain range
✔The "Fujiko Nakaya Mist Sculpture" permanently exhibited on the waterside terrace
※Closed in winter
✔There is also a museum cafe & restaurant
✔Great location adjacent to Zenkoji Temple
✔Reopening in 2021

Due to the heavy snowfall, the "Kaze Terrace" is open on a smaller scale
I was shocked, but you can also see Zenkoji Temple from the terrace

It's not open in winter, but next time I'll go when it's a little warmer
I want to see the fog sculptures~🙌

📝Mariko's Memo
It's just a short walk from Zenkoji Temple, so you can go around together
There are slopes along the way, so I recommend comfortable walking shoes.
