Unexpected Hidden Gem in Nagasaki

During my trip to Nagasaki, I visited a unique spot in Kyushu—a flowing somen noodle experience using natural water pumped from underground and served on a single rock slab 🥰

Located in a serene area surrounded by nature, with a beautiful river flowing nearby 🌳

Just watching the water flow through the rock is refreshing✨

The Kannon noodles were silky and chewy♡
They were well-chilled and absolutely delicious ❤️

While the regular somen noodles were good, I highly recommend trying the Kannon noodles here 🥰

Besides somen, the restaurant is also famous for local chicken and oysters. The rock oysters were large, satisfying, and very tasty ❤️

Other offerings include salt-grilled sweetfish, soft serve ice cream, shaved ice, and other sweet treats 🍦🍧

It was a hidden cool spot to enjoy 🥰
