Sky Dining Tengu Strawberry Afternoon Tea

Located on the 31st floor of Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower, this floating restaurant offers a prime corner-side table with a breathtaking view. 🤗

With a 270-degree panoramic view surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, there are no tall buildings nearby, allowing for an unobstructed vista. During a previous stay, I was upgraded three levels to a corner deluxe room, which provided a 360-degree view of Nagoya.

This time, I booked through the official website at a discounted rate. The menu is abundant, featuring four savory items, nine sweet treats, two types of scones, and an additional strawberry Mont Blanc.

Drinks are unlimited for 90 minutes. From above, you can watch the Tokaido Shinkansen, Chuo Line, Kansai Main Line, Meitetsu Line, Kintetsu Line, and Aonami Line pass by in real-time.

Having skipped lunch and only had a Starbucks coffee after visiting two castles in the morning, the savory dishes tasted heavenly. The strawberry-themed sweets were irresistibly delicious.

The stunning sky-high view alone is enough to lift your spirits. Sitting with your back to the room, you can fully enjoy the view without being distracted by Valentine’s Day couples. 😎

You can choose between two tea brands: Ronnefeldt and Mighty Leaf, which was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming with their warm smiles. Thank you!
