Osu Kannon Shrine (大須観音) is one of Nagoya's most famous shrines. Located in the heart of the Osu Shopping District, a popular shopping area filled with restaurants, cafes, and authentic Japanese souvenirs, Osu Kannon Shrine is a must-see.

As soon as you arrive, you'll see the large bright red torii gate and the shrine building, which boasts striking traditional Japanese architecture. Before entering the shrine, there's a station to wash your hands and mouth to purify your spirit.
