Located on the northern shore of Sun Moon Lake in Nantou County, Taiwan, the entrances of Wenwu Temple are a photographer’s delight. Grand archways, adorned with vibrant red pillars, golden inscriptions, Stone Markers and a Giant Lion Dog Statue immediately draw the eye. I love capturing the symmetry of the staircases leading up to the gates, or framing visitors walking through the ornate arches for scale and life. The backdrop of the lake and surrounding mountains adds depth and context, making every shot dramatic yet serene.
