Located about a 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of Xuhui High School Station, you'll see a large lantern, indicating you've arrived at the ramen shop. Like other ramen shops, it uses a machine for ordering, but staff are available to assist if you have any questions – a thoughtful touch.

The ramen broth is rich and flavorful, and the char siu pork, while thick, is easy to chew and has a strong meaty flavor. The kids loved their karaage, which was all gone; I only got one piece 🥹. When serving, they inform you that they can adjust the broth if needed, which is very considerate and changed my preconceived notions about certain aspects of Japanese ramen shops. I would definitely want to visit again.
