A new Taiwanese hotpot brand😘😘🎉🎉Crazy Hotpot

Hot pot is a huge part of Tamsui's dining scene. Today, we're introducing a favorite spot we've been frequenting lately: "Kuang Yi Guo" 😘😘❤❤

"Kuang Yi Guo" is a favorite for a few reasons:
1. It's open until midnight, a night owl favorite.
For those of us who often sleep in until 8 or 9 PM on vacation, Kuang Yi Guo, open until 1:00 AM, is incredibly convenient. Plus, they're having a special promotion until August 31st.

2. Rich in Taiwanese flavor, each broth is unique~
The main reason Kuang Yi Guo was able to expand to 13 locations in just one year is that their passionate team has spent four years meticulously developing over a dozen broths that transform popular Taiwanese snacks into delicious and amazing broths🥳🥳🎉🎉
For example, today we ordered the latest exclusive broth (Flame Spicy Hot Pot). The "Dance of Fire" creates a stunning visual show of flames, igniting the aroma of the wok. Delicious! 😎
For another pot, we chose the Garlic Clam Hot Pot. 😋
First, sauté the clams with garlic until dry, then add the broth. We love the savory seafood and rich garlic flavor combined in the soup. 😻😻💕💕

3. Not only is the soup delicious, but the drinks at the buffet are also very Taiwanese. 😆
I don't usually drink drinks at buffets, but the black noodle soup, carambola juice, guava juice, and refined sugar plum juice at Kuang Yi Guo were all sweet and refreshing without being cloying. 🥳
💓 They also have a very Taiwanese soft serve ice cream machine, and the flavors vary from branch to branch. 😋 The Tamsui branch serves mung bean milk, which is rich and delicious, with a distinct Taiwanese flavor. 😎

4. Unlimited vegetables at the self-service bar~
All fresh vegetables are free to take. Grab as much as you like, so much fun! 😸😸🍻🍻

💓 Enjoy delicious stir-fried satay in a stone pot starting from just NT$299. 😃 Included with a meal is Tainan's local Guanmiao noodles.

We visited late at night on a weekday, and it was quite crowded. It's recommended to make reservations beforehand. 😘😘❤❤
