Houtong Cat Village, a paradise for cat lovers

This used to be an old coal mine in Ruifang City. After the coal mine was closed, it became a small valley village filled with over a hundred cats. The cats here are quite friendly to tourists. When we went, they came out to welcome us warmly and were very cute. The air in this village is very good. In addition to the cats, there are also cute cat cafes and cat art photo spots along the way. I guarantee that cat lovers who come here will be very happy.

🚞 How to get there You can take the TRA from Taipei Main Station to Houtong Station. The journey takes 1 hour and costs about NT$56 per train ride.
