Among all the places I visited during my trip to Taiwan, Yehliu left the most lasting impression on me.
This location features rocks sculpted by natural forces, showcasing a variety of preserved shapes. Interestingly, this geological process is still ongoing.
📍Yehliu Geopark
Address: No.167-1, Kangton Rd., Yehliu Village, Wanli, New Taipei 207, Taiwan
Hours: Daily 08:00-17:00
This geopark, filled with unique rock formations, has been shaped over 10 to 25 million years.
It takes about an hour to get there from Taipei Main Station by car.
Admission Fee: Adults: 120 NT
Children (6-12 years old): 60 NT
As a popular tourist spot, it tends to be crowded, but there are plenty of photo opportunities. Make sure to visit at least once!
