[New Taipei City] Pinglin-Oxygen Forest Valley

I was wandering around Pinglin Old Street and wanted to eat at a restaurant with a view, so I found the Oxygen Valley Garden View Restaurant. There's a small courtyard outside for strolling, and the interior is quite exotic, perfect for afternoon tea with friends. #AfternoonTeaRecommendation #familytravel
