Take the Donan Bus back to Toyako JR Station. You need to take the JR to Noboribetsu. If you leave or stay in Noboribetsu, you need to pick up your luggage. You can also store your luggage at Noboribetsu JR Station. Then take the Donan Bus to the hot spring town. Walk for about 15 minutes to Jigokudani. There are many small shops along the way. Jigokudani looks better at sunset, but pay attention to the last bus time, otherwise you can only take a taxi back to the JR station. If you don't live in Toyako or Noboribetsu, you can check that there is another bus from Muroran Expressway to Sapporo. It is much cheaper than the JR and the time is not much different. You can get there after a short sleep🤣
