⛰️Besseggen is one of the most famous hiking trails in Norway, located in Jotunheimen National Park, which has beautiful and challenging landscapes. The main highlight is the stunning view of the emerald green Gjende Lake and the deep blue Bessvatnet Lake. The two lakes are at different altitudes, creating a clear contrast between the color of the water, the surrounding mountains with high peaks and deep valleys.

⏱️ We started by taking a boat across to the mountain on one side and walked back to the boat landing point, taking a total of 9 hours for everyone in the team to arrive, covering a distance of more than 14 kilometers.

🚶🏻♂️All routes are different, starting with hiking up the mountain, walking on rocks and snow, and climbing up the rocks. Although the hill may not be as steep as 90 degrees, it can be said that it is quite difficult.

☺️ Let me tell you that when we reached the top and looked down, it was really indescribable. Another thing we felt was the help we received along the way, whether we came together or not, but everyone was a “friend” who traveled the tough way together.

🚨It is recommended to prepare shoes for long-distance walking (especially hiking shoes). It is also a good idea to bring a jacket/raincoat because the weather is cold at times. You may also want to bring water and food. An army marches on its stomach.
