Okayama Castle, Crow Castle, Okayama🇯🇵

🐦⬛ Okayama Castle (also known as Crow Castle (U-Jo)) is located in Okayama Prefecture, Japan. Why is it called Crow Castle? Well, it's because the castle's roof and walls are black. The black paint was used to camouflage it from ancient enemies.
Okayama Castle was completed in 1597 and took eight years to build. After being destroyed during World War II in 1945, it was rebuilt in 1966.
The castle has six floors, including one underground level. Inside, there's a museum that tells the story of its history, exhibits, and various activities. Climb to the top of the castle for a 360-degree view of Okayama City and a beautiful garden. Behind the castle is the Asahi River, which flows behind the castle, which was formerly used as a moat. Surrounding the castle is the Japanese garden Korakuen. Okayama Castle, one of Japan's most beautiful gardens.
