I went to "Mitsubo", a standing yakiniku restaurant in Kyobashi, Osaka, where they grill their yakiniku on a crystal plate.

This is a rare style yakiniku restaurant that grills their yakiniku on a crystal plate. You can order as much as you like of your favorite cuts for 30 yen per piece, and drinks, chopsticks, sauce plates, etc. are self-service.

You can enjoy fresh meat procured daily from a long-established butcher shop. It must be thanks to the cooperation of customers that they can offer rare cuts at reasonable prices.

・Set 1150 yen
One piece of skirt steak, two pieces each of tongue root, topping, and shimacho. They recommend salt and wasabi for all cuts except shimacho. I was able to enjoy the soft, flavorful meat with all the flavor locked in.

・Raw chile sashimi 30 yen
A great deal with a limited number of orders, offered at cost price. A rare cut recommended for those who like raw liver.

・Senbon 440 yen
A rare cut. The more you chew, the more flavor spreads in your mouth. It seems to be a cut with fine veins, but it is tender.

・Misuji 470 yen
A rare cut with beautiful marbling. The soft meat is exquisite and sweet.

・Raw egg on rice 440 yen
You can enjoy it as it is, but they recommend fried rice on a crystal plate to bring out the flavor of the meat. To finish, add sesame oil and green onions. It was delicious with a scorched finish and a fragrant aroma.
