I went to +Santsubo, a Chinese standing bar in Kyobashi, Osaka.

This is a casual Chinese restaurant with standing-style table and counter seats. They are proud of their authentic Chinese food served on small plates and self-serve drinks.

From 17:00 to 19:00, they offer a surprisingly reasonable price of 310 yen (tax included) for a large bottle of Akaboshi. I recommend coming early.

What I ordered this time:

-Chicken liver confit with Japanese pepper 380 yen
The moist chicken liver is superb. It goes perfectly with the thick sauce. A must-order!

-Assortment of 3 kinds of snacks 480 yen
Three kinds of snacks: fried shiitake mushrooms with spices, steamed chicken in cream sauce, and anchovy potatoes. Perfect as a side dish to go with your drinks.

-Fried rice 660 yen
Simple, fluffy fried rice. It's filling and filling.

It's fun to watch the hot, wobbly bowl. It's not too spicy, so it's recommended for those who like numbness.
