Osaka.. best time for shopping is

The best time for shopping luxury bags in Osaka is the beginning of the month.

I had visited Osaka on 30th September. Right after checking-in the hotel in Namba area, I straight away went for shopping. My missions were Goyard bags, Pleat Pleats, and Issey Miyake bags. I got informed by all the shops that they ran out of products but somehow the new products will be restocked every beginning of the month which is tomorrow.
