Recommended is the IHG's upscale brand Voco in Osaka

Here’s a hotel I stayed at during cherry blossom season in Japan: "Voco Osaka Chuo Hotel," located in Osaka’s business district. This is a brand-new upscale brand under the IHG InterContinental Group, opened in 2023, and the facilities are still very new.

🚇 The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Higobashi Station, only one stop to Osaka Umeda shopping area, and two stops to Shinsaibashi, making transportation very convenient.

🏨 Walking into the hotel, the design of the public areas is very creative. Especially the wooden Kyoto-style architectural elements above the check-in counter, which fill the space with a strong sense of design. The hotel’s welcome gift is a lollipop, which is quite fun.

🛏️ The hotel rooms have a youthful vibe. This time I stayed in a corner room, about 30 square meters, equipped with a coffee machine and toiletries. The bathroom has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after shopping.

🥗 The hotel’s breakfast restaurant LOKAL HOUSE and bar 🍸 are located on the first floor. The breakfast options are very diverse, featuring authentic Japanese cuisine. For travelers visiting Osaka, staying here offers great value for money.
