In Osaka’s Shinsaibashi, I unexpectedly discovered a hidden gem izakaya called "PITARI" tucked away in a small alley! This place has a trendy, youthful vibe, and they even play "Jujutsu Kaisen" inside, instantly hitting that anime fan DNA! The staff are all enthusiastic and handsome young guys, with super patient service. After hitting a dead end looking for late-night food, I stumbled upon this spot by chance and was immediately surprised by the flavors!

I have to recommend a few dishes that never disappoint! The "Beef Tongue Roast Beef" is unbelievably tender, melting in your mouth and making you want more with every bite; the "The Upper Harami (Outside Skirt) Grill" uses the upper diaphragm part of the beef, perfectly grilled with a crispy exterior and juicy interior, rich in fat but never greasy. Paired with the "Warm Spinach Salad," it’s refreshingly perfect to cut through the richness! Also, the "Bacon Tomato Pasta" features a rich sauce coating chewy noodles, and I devoured it as soon as it arrived!

Since it’s an izakaya, you have to order a Highball whiskey to sip! The drink is crisp and smooth, offering incredible value compared to some pricey bars in Central! Under the warm yellow lighting, enjoying anime while feasting and soaking in the lively Osaka atmosphere—that’s the right way to travel~
