Make Your Own Takoyaki

Eating takoyaki 🐙 in Osaka is a must-do. There are many takoyaki shops in Osaka, and many come highly recommended, so it’s really hard to choose.

The shop I picked this time is quite special because customers can make their own takoyaki. First, you choose the flavor you want, then the staff explains the preparation method and provides the ingredients and takoyaki batter. If the staff notice customers having trouble during the process, they will proactively offer help.

This experience felt great, and I learned some small tips for making takoyaki. After returning to Hong Kong, I used the skills I learned at home to make takoyaki again with my Bruno.
