🧙♀️ Review of “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” feels like actually going to Hogwarts!

You should go to Universal early in the morning. Plan to head to the Harry Potter zone first because there are fewer people, it’s nice to walk around, and you won’t have to wait in long lines.

As soon as you walk through the gate into the zone… the atmosphere changes completely. From a lively amusement park, it turns into a quiet, dense forest path, like you’re about to enter the Forbidden Forest. Then you see…

🏰 The real Hogwarts Castle!
• Hogwarts stands majestically at the end of the path, absolutely grand
• You can walk right in without buying anything extra. There are classrooms, a model castle, corridors with talking pictures, and rooms recreated from the movies
• I stood amazed in front of the small lake reflecting the castle because it really felt like stepping into the magical world

🎢 The ride “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey”
• This is a must-try. It’s a 4D ride flying on a broomstick around Hogwarts, encountering Draco, Dementors, flying through the Whomping Willow—screaming all the way
• Sitting there feels like the whole movie is running interactively right in front of you
• The line is very short in the morning (if it’s not a holiday). Highly recommend going first thing

🪄 Ollivanders Wand Shop
• A wand shop with a small show where “the wand chooses the wizard.” I watched the afternoon show; it wasn’t too crowded
• There are many types of wands, including Harry’s, Hermione’s, Dumbledore’s, Snape’s, etc.
• You can buy a wand to play with the interactive magic spots around the village. I tried waving it and the door opened—so thrilling

🍺 Butterbeer and food
• Cold Butterbeer with creamy foam, slightly sweet and a bit salty, gives you the ultimate Hogwarts kid vibe
• There are souvenir bottles to take home as keepsakes
• Food is sold in the village, including Chocolate Frogs, Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans, and the Leaky Cauldron restaurant serving English-style dishes
