Rokuhaku Kurobuta Pork, known for its sweet fat and savory red meat, is rare and can only be enjoyed here. Enjoy the full appeal of pork with shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in the evening, and tonkatsu and Kurobuta pork curry at lunchtime.

The three appetizers are perfectly balanced, with the crispy bite of the cutlet, the melt-in-your-mouth umami of the braised pork, and the mellow acidity of the mozuku seaweed, creating an appetizing combination.

The main shabu-shabu hot pot features four types of pork: loin, belly, shoulder loin, and fish balls, served with snow salt and special ponzu sauce. The fat of the Roppaku Kurobuta pork is surprisingly light, spreading its sweetness throughout the mouth, while the moist, savory flavor of the lean meat stands out. The meatballs have a fluffy texture and go perfectly with the broth.

The final dish, Inaniwa udon, was smooth and easy to swallow, and the roasted green tea ice cream was fragrant and had the gentle sweetness that only homemade udon can provide. It was a very satisfying course that allowed us to savor the charms of pork until the very end.

The restaurant's calm atmosphere makes it perfect for dates, business dinners, and entertaining clients. Private rooms are available by reservation only, making it a great choice for anniversaries and special occasions.
