📌Photos from previous years (not the latest) are here for your viewing pleasure.

📍Located in the Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam in Hin Tang Subdistrict, the area features a narrow canyon between lush mountains, lined with forests and grasslands, gradually rising uphill to the lush green forest above. The atmosphere of Khao Chong Lom varies seasonally. From June to September, the water level in the Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam drops, and with the rain, the grasslands return to lush green. Other areas within the dam reveal streams and rock formations, revealing the beauty hidden beneath the water. Visitors must take a boat to reach the site. The first point is "Upstream," a natural canyon. When the water level recedes, the view reveals the beautiful scenery of the grasslands on both sides of the hills. A stream flows from the upstream forest into the Khun Dan Dam Lake. At the upstream, a path follows the stream and branches off to a hillside. As you walk further, you'll reach an S-shaped cove. The second point is "Khao Chong Lom," a key location for boat trips to the Khun Dan Dam. Within Khao Chong Lom, there are many photo opportunities, including grasslands, forests, streams, and rock formations. The large rock in the middle of the water is a popular spot for tourists. Walking about 1 kilometer deep into the forest, you’ll find “Khao Chong Lom Waterfall,” a refreshing waterfall amidst a vast forest. Visitors should travel in groups and avoid straying from the trails. Boat trip rates: 1,500 baht for 1-7 Thais, 200 baht for 8 or more, 2,000 baht for 1-5 foreigners, 400 baht for 6 or more. Open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For more information, contact the Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam Long-Tail Boat Club at 08 9493 1200.
