Palm Springs was an attractive resort where warm sunlight and the quietness of the desert coexisted. The entire city had a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere, and the mid-century modern sensibility could be felt everywhere.
First, I toured downtown Palm Springs. It was fun just to walk around the art galleries, boutique shops, and stylish cafes, and the sculptures and murals on the streets made the city even more special.
After that, I took the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway up to the top of San José Cinto Mountain. The feeling of moving from the desert to the cool air of the highlands in just a few minutes was truly special, and the view of the desert and the city from the top was overwhelming.
During the day, I enjoyed shopping at Desert Hills Premium Outlets, and in the evening, I healed by looking at the desert stars in the warm pool of the resort. If you have more time, you can also visit Joshua Tree National Park to enjoy the unique rock formations and desolate desert landscape.
Palm Springs is a place where nature, art, relaxation, and shopping are perfectly combined. It is a travel destination where you can make special memories even with a short stay.
