So beautiful

Pamukkale is one of the renowned natural and cultural dual heritage sites, attracting visitors worldwide with its unique white calcified terraces. Here, you can find not only stunning natural wonders but also a rich historical background.

🕒 Best Time to Visit

September to October is the golden season to visit Pamukkale. The temperature is comfortable (around 15-25℃), there are fewer tourists, the light is soft and ideal for photography, and the spring water flow is relatively abundant.

• Summer (June to August) is hot (temperatures often exceed 30℃), crowded with tourists, and the white rocks reflect strongly, so sun protection is especially important. Winter (November to March) has fewer visitors, some pools may dry up, but the combination of hot springs steam and snow scenery offers a unique charm and helps avoid crowds.

• The best times of day are early morning (6:30-8:30) and evening (17:00-19:00), when the light is most beautiful and you can avoid the harsh midday sun and peak tour group times.

🚗 Transportation

• Within the scenic area: The area is quite large. If you want to visit the ruins at the top of the mountain, consider renting an electric cart (with a driver) to save energy and time. However, if you only plan to explore the limestone terrace area, walking is sufficient.

🏞️ Core Attractions and Experiences

Walking on the calcified terraces: This is the symbol of Pamukkale. You must go barefoot to protect the fragile geological structure. The ground may be hard on your feet, so it is recommended to wear thick socks or bring a spare pair. The hot spring water temperature remains around 36-38℃ year-round, with varying depths from ankle to waist. The spring water is rich in minerals and displays a beautiful blue-green color.
