Malaysian national fried noodles - Mee Goreng Mamak 🍝

🍴When you go out early in the morning, you must have a national breakfast. Malaysia’s national breakfast includes halal nasi lemak or Mamak fried noodles, Indian pancakes or Nanyang Chinese noodle soup.

Today I tasted Mee Goreng Mamak from the famous halal chain restaurant - Iskandar Bistro. The noodles are locally made Mee Maggi instant noodles. The noodles are even more delicious because of the unique sauce. Add a cup of tea and a simple national breakfast to start a new day.
