Khao Wang Palace

Located in Phetchaburi Province, Khao Wang Palace was built in the 19th century as a royal residence for King Rama IV. Perched atop a hill, it offers panoramic views of the town and the distant sea.

After taking the cable car up the hill, visitors are greeted by the elegant contrast of white palaces and red-tiled roofs. The architecture within the grounds blends Thai and Western styles, creating a serene atmosphere that feels like stepping back in time.

The hill is home to many monkeys, so be cautious and avoid carrying food in your hands. The elevated vantage point provides expansive views, making it an excellent spot to appreciate the beauty of Phetchaburi.
