A homemade-style cafe with a warm, soothing atmosphere near Khao Wang, Phetchaburi. Their highly recommended menu item is the Cotton Candy Bingsu.
The bingsu flakes resemble cotton candy, and the fluffy, soft ice
melts in your mouth. I ordered the milk version, which had just the right amount of sweetness and wasn't overly sweet.
It's perfect for those who don't like overly sweet desserts. The cake is smooth and delicate.
What I really liked was the chocolate, which was slightly bitter, not as sweet as typical chocolate.
It's perfect for souvenirs or to take home.
It's great with morning coffee. They also have a savory menu. It's a complete, one-stop shop. Their recommended menu item is the fizzy plant, but I haven't tried it yet.
I definitely won't miss it next time I'm there. I'll definitely give it a try.
