Wat Chaiwatthanaram, an ancient site built over 300 years ago, is part of the Ayutthaya Historical Park. It is a popular tourist attraction for both Thais and foreigners, and has been widely talked about as the filming location for the hit TV series Buppe Sannivas. Tourists therefore like to dress in Thai costumes to follow the drama, admire the beauty of Khmer art, and pay homage to the Phra Prang Sri Rattana Mahathat and its entourage. If you come by private car, you can park in the temple's parking lot. If it is full, there are private parking lots nearby. The area around the temple also offers Thai costume rental, makeup, and hair styling services.
Entrance fee: Thai adults 10 baht / Foreigners 50 baht / Children under 12 years old free of charge
Coordinates: Highway No. 3469, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya
