Ayutthaya Historical Park

I visited the Ayutthaya Historical Park in Thailand 🇹🇭!

The expansive grounds filled with temple ruins and clusters of stupas were absolutely stunning! I went in June, and while the weather was beautifully sunny, there was no shade to block the sunlight, so make sure to prepare well for the heat!

Ayutthaya is about 1.5 to 2 hours away from Bangkok by train, making it perfect for a day trip! However, be cautious as trains stop running late at night.

I once found myself stranded because there were no trains to return, so if you plan to enjoy the night views, I highly recommend staying overnight!
