🌷Wat Phra That Cho Hae, a royal temple in Phrae Province, is a sacred and revered site for the city and the sacred chedi for those born in the Year of the Tiger. The chedi features an octagonal, twelve-sided, recessed chedi, covered in brass sheets, in the Chiang Saen style. Inside, it contains the relics of the Buddha's left elbow and a hair relic of the Lord Buddha. In addition to paying homage to the chedi for good fortune, other important places to pay respect include Luang Pho Cho Hae, the principal Buddha image in the ordination hall, and Luang Pho Than Jai, a popular place for people to pray for blessings, believed to grant their wishes.
