8.19 Back from Pingtan, speaking the truth...

In Pingtan!! Because of this sea, forgive the whole world🙏
I spent 5 days in Pingtan during the holiday, and I want to share some honest thoughts...
These are my real feelings and experiences from my holiday trip to Pingtan, sharing with my sisters❗️❗️

👗Outfits
🌤️The daytime temperature in Pingtan is around 27-33°C, and it gets colder at night due to strong winds. So you can totally wear dresses!
✅Suggestions:
1. Bring bright-colored dresses, trust me, the brighter the color, the better the photos!
2. Also bring a jacket, the wind at night is quite strong and a bit chilly!

🌴Main Attractions:
🔺Longwangtou Beach: Famous for its "long flat beach, fine white sand, and gentle waves," it's an excellent spot to watch the sunrise.
🔺Beibuwan Ecological Corridor: The most beautiful island ring road in Pingtan, with stunning views of wind turbines and the sea along the way.
🔺Also Changjiang'ao, Tannan Bay, Elephant Trunk Bay, and other spots are perfect for watching the sunset, very beautiful!
🔺Houyan Island: The closest point on the Chinese mainland to Taiwan, only 68 nautical miles away.
🔺Haitan Ancient City: A commercial street with ancient-style architecture, very pretty with lights at night.

☝🏻Tips to avoid pitfalls☝🏻
✅Don’t listen to any driver’s recommendations; all suggestions to take you to certain seafood places usually involve kickbacks and are scams.
✅When renting an electric scooter, be sure to check the battery level in advance. It’s easy to run out of power on the island tour, so choose one with a large-capacity battery.
✅Always check the weather forecast before traveling to Pingtan; cloudy and sunny days feel like completely different places.
✅Not recommended to eat at Haitan Ancient City; prices are high and taste is average, better for photo ops.
✅Try bargaining when renting electric scooters; it’s not expensive in the off-season (the island is windy, so be sure to ride safely).
✅Souvenir products in scenic spots are pricey!! You can buy creative products at Weifu Society in the county town.
