Pingyao, one of China’s top four ancient cities, stole my heart with its charm and warmth. The people here are incredibly friendly, making every interaction feel like a warm hug.

We walked along the Pingyao City Wall, offering panoramic views of the city. Then, we explored the Rishengchang Former Bank, learning about ancient Chinese banking. A leisurely walk down South Street transported us back in time. The former courthouse was a highlight with its well preserved structure. The night laser show at the South Gate was truly magical! It’s an experience you won’t want to miss.

Pingyao is a treasure trove of history, culture, and warmth. If you’re looking for a journey through time, Pingyao is your destination!
