Hello! Today, I'd like to share my review of Positano, the most romantic place I visited during my trip to Italy.
Perched on a cliff on the Amalfi Coast, Positano is a fairytale-like village, with colorful houses stacked one on top of the other and the emerald sea stretching out below. ✨

Upon arriving in Positano, the first thing I saw were the pastel-colored buildings lining the cliffs. Orange, pink, and yellow buildings sparkled in the sunlight, and the narrow alleyways that led down below were a thrilling experience.
Each alley was lined with small boutiques, craft shops, and lemon-scented shops, making just walking through the streets a truly relaxing experience. 🍋

Descending from the village, you'll reach Spiazza Grande, Positano's main beach.
The black pebble beach and the azure sea blended together, giving off the relaxed vibe typical of a European resort. It was impressive to see locals and tourists sunbathing under parasols or taking boats along the coastline. I took off my shoes and dipped my feet in the water, and for a moment, all my worries seemed to melt away.

🍝 3. A Gourmet Experience in Positano

As befits the Amalfi Coast, fresh seafood is a must-try.

• Seafood pasta (Spaghetti alle Vongole) at a seaside restaurant
• Refreshing lemon sorbet (Granita di Limone)
• A glass of local wine 🍷

This combination made for a perfect evening. Enjoying a meal overlooking the sea was truly romantic.

As evening fell, the town's lights came on one by one, and the colorful buildings perched on the cliffs shone like jewels. The night view of Positano from across the sea was truly romantic. It would be an especially special moment with a loved one.

✔️ During peak summer season, it's crowded, so arrive early in the morning for a more secluded experience.
✔️ While it's a great day trip, I recommend staying overnight to experience Positano in all its glory, day and night.
