Nantou Puli Changfeng Soup Dumplings

The environment of this restaurant is very comfortable and clean, the tables and space are spacious, and the interior decoration is mainly wood.

We ordered a basket of soup dumplings and a basket of steamed dumplings, both 8 pieces for 70 yuan, which is really cheap! The soup dumplings have thin skin, lots of fillings, rich soup and just the right amount of seasoning. It adds more flavor when paired with shredded ginger and green onions, but you need to eat it quickly because the soup dumplings will take shape after a while and the soup will be lost, affecting its deliciousness. In comparison, the steamed dumplings tasted plainer and were lighter in seasoning.

The side dishes are very affordable, priced at NT$30 each. The wood ear mushrooms are generous in portion and seasoned just right. The golden kimchi is different from the general impression and tastes more like Taiwanese kimchi. The pig skin has a smoky flavor and is cut very thinly, so you won't feel scared when eating it.

The restaurant opens at five o'clock, and as soon as it opens, many people come to dine, and some people order two baskets of soup dumplings for each person. If you happen to pass by, you can order a basket of soup dumplings!
