Reims Cathedral

#mytraveldiary

Reims Cathedral is where French kings were crowned, and it radiates grandeur and history. The façade, with hundreds of statues, is awe-inspiring. Inside, the stained glass windows by Marc Chagall glowed with modern color, blending old and new beautifully. Standing in the nave, I could almost hear echoes of coronations past. Outside, champagne houses reminded me that this is the capital of the Champagne region. Sipping a glass nearby while gazing at the cathedral felt perfect. Reims is sacred, historic, and sparkling—literally and figuratively.
