As soon as I passed through the walls and entered the Vatican, I could feel the air change. The dome of St. Peter’s Basilica glimmered in the distance, filling the day with anticipation. ☀️

At first, I was amazed by the sculptures and paintings, but as I continued, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of it all. The ceiling is a masterpiece, the walls are art, and even the floors are history. The Raphael Rooms and the Gallery of Maps were particularly stunning. It was a moment of awe, realizing the heights of beauty humanity can achieve. ✨

After touring the museum, I was in need of a sugar boost, so I headed straight to Old Bridge Gelateria! 🍨 I tried the pistachio and raspberry combination, and the sweetness seemed to seep into my body. A must-visit spot during a Vatican trip! 🧡

The perfect end to an intense day was the octopus burger at Pescaria - Roma! 🐙🍔 The tender octopus, crispy bun, and fresh vegetables came together for a surprisingly sophisticated and delicious meal. It was the perfect finale to a day filled with art and inspiration.
